A summer of wonder and growth at Limestone Community School's Summer Camp Program. Nestled on our 3.5-acre campus, children explore, create, and thrive in a nurturing environment that celebrates the joy of childhood. Our camps embrace the natural world and the joy of hands-on discovery, where campers spend their days engaged in meaningful play, artistic expression, and collaborative exploration.
Under the guidance of our experienced educators, children develop confidence, creativity, and curiosity through carefully designed activities that balance structure with the freedom to wonder. Each session offers a new themed adventure, with five distinctive camps throughout the summer:
- Imaginarium Arts Camp: June 1st – June 12th. Art camp is back at Limestone this summer! This is a space where young artists can play, experiment, and discover what’s possible with different materials and techniques. Each week, campers will explore new mediums and create pieces they’ll be proud to bring home. We celebrate the process as much as the finished work – the messy hands, the creative risks, and those moments when something clicks. All experience levels are welcome – whether your child is just discovering their love of art or already creating constantly at home, they’ll find encouragement and community here.
- World Cup Camp: June 15th – June 26th. Celebrate the world’s game and explore the globe! Campers will develop soccer skills through drills, games, and teamwork while learning about the cultures, geography, and stories of FIFA World Cup nations. By the end of camp, kids will leave with stronger soccer fundamentals and a greater sense of connection to the wider world.
- Makers Lab: June 29th – July 10th. This camp is all about building, tinkering, and discovering how to solve problems creatively. Campers work independently and collaboratively on hands-on projects using a variety of tools and materials. Each day brings new challenges and possibilities, from engineering structures to prototyping inventive ideas. All experience levels are welcome – curiosity and willingness to experiment are the only requirements. Kids will take home tangible projects and newfound confidence in turning ideas into reality.
- Theatre Camp: July 13th – July 24th. Theatre is about stepping into someone else’s shoes, telling stories together, and discovering new parts of yourself. Campers explore acting fundamentals, character development, and ensemble work while also engaging in behind-the-scenes creative opportunities like costume and set design. The camp culminates in a performance celebrating the work done together. All experience levels are welcome – whether your child loves being on stage, wants to design sets and costumes, or is curious about trying something new, they’ll find encouragement and support here.
- Mini Session: Cardboard Construction: July 27th – July 31st. Back for its third summer, this camp lets campers dream big with cardboard, tape, and creativity. Quick building challenges get ideas flowing, and campers collaborate on larger projects, from cardboard arcades to castles with working drawbridges. This camp encourages experimentation, problem-solving, and celebrating the joy of creating something together. What will this year’s group build? We can’t wait to find out!
